Incorporation of the company and design commencement of a new plant in Naro Fominsk District, Moscow Oblast.
2002.
Foundation stone laying for the construction of early production facilities.
2004.
The State Acceptance Commission signs the Acceptance Certificate for Keralit completed early construction facilities.
2008.
A decision on the design commencement of a production complex producing tabular alumina and magnesium-aluminate spinel is taken.
2010.
Commencement of a new shop construction.
2011.
Keralit is announced the bid winner for the procurement of subsoil use rights for magnesite exploration and production at the area of the Burovaya Kirgitey field.
2012.
License for the Right to Use Subsurface Mineral Resources KPP 02318 TE dd. 25.01.12 is issued.
2013.
Commissioning of the tabular alumina and magnesium-aluminate spinel production shop.
2015.
Geological exploration works are completed along with the "Feasibility study of the final mining parameters of the area of the Burovaya Kirgitey field." The feasibility studies proved the efficiency of magnesite reserves development in this area.
